Return Policy
We gladly accept your return if you are not pleased as punch with your order.
The first step in the return process is to e-mail us pinestreetpets@pinestreetpets.com
Please tell us why you would like to return or exchange your purchase. We will
respond via e-mail and issue a Return Authorization.
All returns must be in original packaging with tags, stickers, etc. attached. It
must be in new, resaleable condition.
Your purchase will be refunded minus the original shipping and handling charge.
Shipping costs to return merchandise are the customer’s responsibility.
Defective Merchandise will be exchanged.
Privacy
We are extremely concerned about and protective of your privacy. Under no circumstances will this information be sold or shared with others.
Security
